Vaults USUALLY last tens if not hundreds of years - according to funeral home directors.  So the FACT the vault is not intact does give one pause...  it does not make
the possibility, impossible at all...

As pointed out by others here, not only do they break, the claim that they don't comes from... Funeral Directors... who have a financial interest in making such a claim and know full well that it is unlikely to be disproven in individual cases.  That you cite Funeral Directors as proof of "non-breaking" shows again, how low you are willing to sink.

You really don't know how spycraft works.... do you?  may want to brush up on that history before you make declarations as if you KNOW something to be true; when all you're doing is expressing an uneducated opinion...

Why not cite a few examples for them? After all, they are a pretty thick lot and the information can be found easily in any book or web source on spycraft. Go ahead. Rub it in their faces with some examples from history.
