Ha ha - I had a coke-through-the-nostrils moment when I read someone said that Carlos Bringuier was the (single) most trustworthy individual he'd ever met.

Carlos Bringuier lied under oath, he said he'd never been to any of the training camps!

So... at least we know Oswald was doing "enough" research so he knew where to find Carlos Bringuier.

And, he seems to have known that Carlos was DRE (otherwise, why would he have sought him out?)

We really do need those Joannides files, I suppose he may have known about Bringuier in some way but it's doubtful he was doing much "running".

But speaking of "running", I am very interested in that ad Oswald placed in the personals...
