I get the impression that the trial will be led by the prosecution because others have asked if certain things will be presented for the defense and the reply has been along the lines of... "we don't know what the prosecution plans to use, but we are prepared to counter anything presented..." 

I will shoot Bill an email about this though, because he was not the one responding.

As for PM, there are some things (tentatively) in the works, and we are taking every opportunity to push it that comes up, as happened recently in interviews with a European TV network.  I have also sent some material to a major newspaper requesting information on the releases (I told them what is OUTSIDE of that box is more telling, using PM as the example).

Yesterday I posted a note on Oliver Stone's facebook page about PrayerMan and asking if he can help get the films.  Do you know someone who knows someone, etc.

Up popped Brian Doyle accusing DiEugenio, Kamp, Dane and ROKC as a group of lying about just about all of the particulars of the case.  He claims Chris Davidson's "photo enhancement" shows that PM is Sarah Stanton. Yet later in his diatribe he says, "as soon as the original films are professionally examined" (admitting they haven't been)...they will show its Stanton.  I asked if he was therefore in favor of getting them from NBC to do that job, but he didn't answer.  I've thought about asking Doyle if PM is Stanton where is the hat she was wearing?  But Doyle's posts are intended as diversions trying to obscure the point: getting the films.

This all occurred in response to Stone's post effusively praising Jim D's Reclaiming Parkland.  If I'm reading Stone correctly Jim is coming out with a newer version of the book at Stone's urging?  As usual Stone got a mountain of comments so I don't know if my exchange with Doyle will come to his attention. Brian's animus toward this site started when a member systematically took apart the claims of Ralph Yates. It flowed over into PM. Brian literally can't help himself. I have long stopped having any anger over his behavior. 

With regard to Jim, he has already tried to help us get the film without success. I may stand corrected but I think that was through Stone's company?

With regard to Jim's book... what can I say... there are a group of authors considered "elite" and if you had to choose the best books from among them and them alone, you would probably go for PDS, Newman and DiEugenio.

They are all good writers and all brought forth important new material.

But the very best researchers are right here...unheralded and unnoticed by those living in the stratosphere such as the Stones of this world.  Barto, Lee Farley, Ed Ledoux, Hasan Yusuf, Jim Olmstead and myself and supported, aided and abetted by a great group of members.

That may come across as arrogance. It's not. It's frustration and at least a small part of the reason I am getting out of this by year's end. Prior to then, if what is already published on this site is not proof enough, a raft of previously unpublished new research will be posted to the web. I promise you it will change the JFK landscape completely.

I contacted Jim and mentioned Stone and Simprich and possibly working PM into future things he does. He replied I have done what I could on this already and it didn't work. I didn't know what the "this" was. I decided, OK, I can try too. 

I think things are in flux, more than they have been.  The extra 6 months Trump gave the CIA, and the dribbling out of documents that has already started should help keep things alive.  Plus, in their first batch last Friday, they redacted most of it without explanation or a showing of harm, in direct contradiction of the law they and Trump are supposed to be following. I hope they keep doing that.  People noticed. Hardway wrote a scathing article about how that brought back memories of dealing with the arrogance of those bastards almost 50 years ago on the House Select Committee.  The article was highlighted by both David Talbott and Peter Dale Scott on their facebook pages.

Which brings me to:  Et tu, Greg? First Sean Murphy, now you?  Think about all the evidence of the coup the MSM has ignored while they carry the ball for the perpetrators. What is one thing that  could end that.  Yes, a picture of Oswald standing on the steps of the TSBD at the time of the murder.  I don't know how close we are to that picture.  But if you are going to set a date may I suggest it be pushed back to the summer of '18 when we may have a better idea where we are?  Presumptuous of me, I know.

For various reasons, I decided at the start of the year, it was this year or bust. My plan had been to throw as much as I could at getting the films and win, lose or draw, bow out before the new year. Further health problems pretty much put paid to any great effort. The next best thing I could do would be put all of my new research out there - which is what is happening, along with a brief history of ROKC efforts to get the films and a summary of a couple of threads here by others, expanded upon a little by me. 

Honestly Roger, after this lot is put out, I have nowhere else I can go and no more I can offer. 

It includes new info on the Paines and Crafard, a new (evidence based) theory on the defection, the identities of some people not previously identified (NO - NOT MORE BLURRY PHOTOS INTERPRETATION!) and new info pointing to two people being deeply implicated.

I don't know what more can be done.
 
Regarding PM, which is my focus, we have an enormous volume of solid research—including a book, numerous videos, several websites and countless threads—that takes every witness statement, every report, all known newspaper articles and all of the relevant testimony and builds to a theoretical, but logical, conclusion that the unidentified man in the doorway as seen in at least two separate films, is Lee Harvey Oswald. Either people "get this" or they don't. It's all been explained every which way but Sunday. You can lead a person to the facts but you can't make them think.

The only thing left is to hope for heretofore new documentation to emerge, and/or higher quality visual images of Prayer Man to positively identify him.

It has just come to my attention that the mock trial will be using Larry Rivera as a witness using his "overlays" to "prove" Oswald is the figure seen in Altgens 6.

That's right. We are back to 1964 and arguing that Lovelady is really Oswald.

I am shattered by this. It is one thing to miss an opportunity to really do something positive regarding Oswald's alibi. It is something else altogether to align yourself with fringe uber-conspiracists such as Cinque and JVB whose world-views include Billy Lovelady midgets, altgens6 alteration, JVB-Oswald love-nests and weaponized cancer and oh s  much more hocus pocus.  Rivera is but the tip of a very big iceberg the good ship CAPA is happily careening toward.

And to add insult to injury, they are asking $75.00 to watch the live stream.

If I had not had to pull the the plug on my conference this year, I was going it to have it professionally live streamed free of charge. Everything was in place for that to happen.

Greg I cannot tell you...after listening in on Osanic's podcast and hearing this...I had a heart attack....that they would even dare waste their time on that Altgens/Lovelady=LHO garbage instead of PM is absolutely astounding to me....

Do you guys think there would be a chance to bring up PM as a defense strategy instead of that Altgens/Lovelady poisoned chalice? This is bullshit ....

The problem is that these guys have been lobbying in the background to get one of their own onto the witness list. We were asleep at the wheel all that time. The lawyers involved were apparently bedazzled by the software demonstrations and failed to check it with real experts and also failed to do any background checks on Rivera and those pushing him. 

Moreover, the lawyers are citing the support of Rivera by the likes of McKnight and Wrone as evidence that they are doing the right thing. I can honestly say I never had any liking for either of them and this just underlines why. 

After having been unsuccessful in talking sense into the CAPA folk, I am now lobbying n FB for a boycott of the event and for people to contact CAPA and voice their own opinions.

Hey Greg (and Barto), Simpich basically wants the evidence for PM. Perhaps he would use it as part of the defense if a presentation of the evidence could be gathered in summation or whatnot?

Update: I have been informed that neither Altgens or Prayer Man will be utilized in the trial. My source is Simpich himself and if anyone prefers to see the actual proof I can provide upon request.
